Applications are now open for the Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy Fellowship 2026/2027, a fully funded 12-month programme designed to train the next generation of leaders in Nigeria.
Named after Lateef Kayode Jakande, the programme focuses on building people who can actually lead, not just talk about leadership.
What This Fellowship Is About
This is not a classroom-only programme.
It is a full-time leadership experience that combines learning with real government exposure. You don’t just study leadership, you practice it.

Who Can Apply
